MY SKIN ROUTINE

I have been through the wringer with face wash and face creams! I don't have crazy weird skin, but I do have sensitive to dry skin and milia bumps. Within the past 3 months, I started using Rodan & Fields Sooth Regimen, and let me tell you, at first I was not happy and neither was my skin! The first month and a half (the adjusting period), my skin was breaking out, but after my skin adjusted and I figured out how to correctly apply each regimen specifically to my skin type, it was amazing! Here is my morning and evening routine:

Sooth Regimen Step 1: Gentle Cream Wash. Personally, I have to get a washcloth damp, put the regimen on it, and then gently rub it on my face. If I don't do this, my face breaks out. Step 2: Sensitive Skin Treatment. A little goes a long way! I apply this by rubbing small amounts in a circular motion all around my face, avoiding my eyes. Step 3: Moisture Replenishing Cream. This also doesn't take much and is applied the same way as the Sensitive Skin Treatment. Step 4: Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30. I will typically only use this step if I know I will be in the sun a lot that day, but it is also applied the same way at steps 2 and 3. After I let my skin sit to soak everything up for a minute, I begin my makeup routine. I know a lot of people have a problem finding the right face wash and lotions, but if you have not tried Rodan & Fields yet, I highly recommend it. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Plus, the bottles last up to 2 months compared to a normal bottle of just your regular face wash that only lasts about 1 month. Rodan & Fields is not sold in stores, however, there are tons of people who sell it. If you're interested in testing their products out, I would love to refer you to my consultant!
